I am building Sequitur alone, in the open, because a tracker gives a team one date and the date is wrong. This one is a project manager's judgement, done by arithmetic: durations fitted to what this team has actually finished, the critical path through the work, and time subtracted for the meetings and days off that are already on the calendar. It replaces the tracker rather than sitting beside it; the mirror from Jira or Linear is the on-ramp, not the destination. The product runs today on a test deployment; access opens in small batches so every early team gets attention.
